The standard current in Spain is 220V with the two-round pin type (see photo). This type is the most common in Europe, as it is used in all countries except the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus and Malta.
You can use electrical devices from the UK or Ireland with a plug adapter. If you are using US (110V) equipment you will also need a current transformer to avoid meltdowns.
